In your initial appointment (75-90 minutes), Sarah will take a detailed history, assess your body through structural evaluation and autonomic response testing, and create a personalized treatment plan. You'll receive treatment in the same session. Wear comfortable clothing.
While conventional physiotherapy focuses primarily on the structural level, Sarah's holistic approach examines five layers — structural, biochemical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual — using Dr. Klinghardt's '5 Levels of Healing' framework. This means we look for root causes, not just symptoms.
Choose Holistic Follow-up (75 min) if you want continued multi-layer healing across structural, energetic, and emotional levels. Choose Physiotherapy Follow-up (45 min) if your main goal is addressing specific structural issues like pain, posture, or joint mobility. The same services are offered at both clinics; fees differ slightly between the Tsim Sha Tsui and Central locations, and the current price for each is shown when you book. Not sure which to choose? It depends on your condition and goals. Some clients feel significant improvement after 2-3 sessions, while chronic or complex conditions may require ongoing care. Sarah will discuss a recommended treatment plan after your initial assessment. Healing is a journey, not a quick fix.

She also sees clients as a Clinical Associate at Eugene Chinese Medicine, Room 1707B, 17/F, Crawford House, 70 Queen's Road Central, Central.
